First Dimension Teaching

In the First Dimension, we practice the foundational art of resting as awareness, allowing all thoughts and sensations to arise and pass without prompting anything up from the unconscious. In this tier, I explain both the benefits of this practice and its specific limitations, making it clear that this dimension allows for a spiritual bypass if one remains only at this level of detached observation.
Second Dimension Teaching

The Second Dimension transitions into deeper embodiment by skillfully prompting unconscious material into the light of consciousness to be felt. While this stage offers the benefit of meeting hidden content, it still possesses a fundamental limitation: it does not reach the level of emotional repression. Because it cannot access that depth, a bypass remains possible in the second dimension as well. This tier includes all teachings from the first dimension, providing a more active approach to integration while still addressing the boundaries of what this level of practice can achieve.
