What the Program Offers

This dual-purpose program focuses equally on your own inner journey and your growth as a professional facilitator:

  • Personal Shift & Healing:Do the deep internal work required to clear emotional repression, dissolve unhelpful patterns, and live from a place of clarity and presence.

  • Professional Facilitation:Master the tools and techniques of all three dimensions of KI so you can confidently guide others through their own healing process.

Program Highlights

  • 1-on-1 Guidance: Work closely with a senior trainee mentor throughout the year to ground your personal practice and refine your facilitation skills.

  • Weekly Practice Pods: Join small group sessions led by experienced trainers to practice live facilitation, receive feedback, and build your confidence.

  • Monthly Group Sessions: Learn directly from Scott Kiloby and senior lead trainers in interactive group settings.

  • Flexible Learning: Move through the curriculum at a pace that fits your life while staying fully supported every step of the way.

Prerequisite & Eligibility

To join this program, you must have previously completed 1-on-1 Mentorship in KI with a certified mentor.

New to KI mentorship?

If you haven't completed 1-on-1 mentorship yet, you can apply for a 1-month probationary entry. You'll start with one month of 1-on-1 mentorship. Upon approval from your mentor and supervising trainer, you’ll seamlessly transition directly into the 1-year mentor training cohort.

Program Details & Investment

  • Tentative Start Date: October 1st (Spots are strictly limited to keep group sizes intimate)

  • Pay in Full: $3,000

  • 4-Month Payment Plan: $3,500 total (split into 4 monthly payments)

  • Financial Hardship: 6-month installment plans are available upon request for those with financial need.
