This program is designed for those who are new to self-work OR struggle with:

• Feeling connected to their body-mind (emotions and thoughts)
• Remaining an observer of their experience
• Developing moment-to-moment awareness in daily life
• Preventing dissociation and overwhelm from even the slightest trigger
• Being loving, patient, and gentle with themselves
• Regulating their nervous system
• Cultivating a felt sense of presence

45-minute sessions with personalized guidance, incorporating meditation on present awareness and a basic inquiry process to work through triggers, build awareness, and develop inner capacity.
