Jumpstart is a short-term, live group program that helps you build a stable daily practice of emotional repression inquiry using the Kiloby Inquiries (KI).

  • The real-life patterns of sabotage that prevent daily consistency

We’ll teach you the two foundational tools of repression inquiry

  • The Safety Net — for stabilizing and regulating the nervous system

  • The Starter Net — for beginning to explore the deeper, more hidden patterns

And most importantly — how to build a simple, skillful daily practice that you can keep using long after this program ends.
