Kiloby Inquiries (or K.I.)= Transformative Emotion Work

K.I. is a practice for addressing the hidden emotional patterns that cause us to not get our needs met.

K.I. skillfully addresses most issues and patterns.

Research shows that repressed emotions and trauma often become stored in the body.

Repressed emotions cause struggles like guilt, shame, and addiction, as well as physical issues like chronic pain.

Additionally, relationship issues such as unmet needs, boundary issues, and people-pleasing.

We have answers
(They’re not always pretty)

  • Emotional repression is the unconscious suppression of essential emotions. Research shows that these emotions, often stemming from childhood, are stored in our bodies as a survival mechanism to stay safe and receive love.

When these emotions are buried and our repression mechanisms are locked in place, they become the root cause of psychological and physical health issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and chronic pain. Emotional repression can also lead to more subtle issues, like spiritual seeking, self-sabotage, relationship sabotage, and people-pleasing.

  • Since most emotional repression is unconscious, it can be difficult to recognize. However, a key indicator is suffering. Depression, anxiety, addiction, chronic pain, self-sabotage, and codependency are all rooted in repression mechanisms and the buried emotions they lock in place.

  • Inquiries are questions asked to ourself in order to gain a further layer of understanding our emotional states, emotional triggers, or emotional challenges.

  • While some K.I. Mentors and facilitators may hold licenses in traditional therapy, K.I. itself isn’t therapy. It is a personal practice that stands on it’s own.

The ultimate goal of K.I. is to help you develop a personal, self-sustaining practice that fosters emotional freedom and authenticity, free from reliance on others or coping strategies.

K.I. is designed as a long-term self-practice, producing gradual results through unique and separate techniques from accredited therapy methods. It aligns more closely with spiritual practices, such as meditation, than traditional therapy models.

It’s important to note that K.I. is not a substitute for medical treatment or professional mental health therapy. For urgent medical or psychological concerns, we encourage you to consult a licensed professional, as these issues fall outside the scope of what K.I. is designed to address.
